Shipping policy

Doc B's Crystal Shop uses USPS to ship all parcels. At this time, Doc B's Crystal Shop only ships to U.S. addresses INCLUDING PO BOXES. Doc B's Crystal Shop is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by our carriers once the parcel has left our shop.

We ship within 2 business days and sometimes our orders are shipped within 1 business day. The expected delivery date shown to you is calculated by Shopify by adding our 2 business days of processing to the expected USPS transit time. 

All packages leave our shop with a USPS tracking number and you will receive that number as soon as it is assigned.
